Josh is a former IT Consultant turned professional strength coach. After years of sitting behind a desk, Josh was looking to find his purpose. He returned to his passion for playing sports and helping people change their lives.

Growing up Josh was an avid soccer player. A torn ACL and a disappointing rehab left him 40lbs overweight, in pain, and fed up. That brought him into the world of personal training and fitness. He learned techniques and principles that helped him go from 230lbs to 177lbs, gain confidence, and get out of pain.

Josh now travels across the country learning from the brightest minds in strength and conditioning. He has taken weeklong internships with MECA in Novi, MI, SPEAR in Vernon Hills, IL, and Source Performance in Scottsdale, AZ which are world renowned facilities for training professional and Olympic athletes.

He has taken courses with:

  • Charles Poliquin (Advanced Methods for Fat Loss and Hypertrophy, Metabolic Analytics, and Kinetic Chain Enhancement)

  • Louie Simmons (Westside Conjugate Method)

  • Stefane Cazeault (Sports Performance and Optimizing Strength Ratios)

  • Simone Fortier (Dynamic Brain Healing and Fascial Stretch Therapy)

  • Dimitry Klokov (Russian Weightlifting)

  • Andre Benoit (Advanced Methods for Hypertrophy)

  • Dr. John Rusin (Pain-Free Performance Specialist)

  • Christian Thibaudeau (Neuro-typing)

His passion is people. Getting clients to their goals in the fastest and most effective way possible is what gets him out of bed at 4:30 AM and keeps him learning at night. He is always learning and experimenting with new methods to find new ways to get his clients to the next level of athletic performance.

Training with Josh means you aren’t going after your goals alone. Know that he is in your corner and working as hard as he can to get you the results you want.
