We understand that no two people have the same goals, training experience, or time. That’s why for every client we create a customized plan that is uniquely tailored to work. Our goal is to put you in the best possible position to succeed. You will see results you never thought were possible. Below is what your customized plan will include.

Initial Consultation

Before you ever step foot onto the fitness floor we want to learn more about you. We will sit down and discuss your goals, past training experience, injuries, and time commitment.

We will then put you through our comprehensive movement and injury screen to identify any muscle imbalances, root causes of pain, and identify strength levels.

Finally, we’ll sit down and discuss a plan that will work specifically for you, your goals, and your timeframe. Your plan will include a training program, nutrition, lifestyle habits, and supplementation.

Training

After your initial consultation we’ll immediately begin designing a strength program specific to you. We will take into account past injuries, muscle imbalances, and time available to ensure you have a workout program that prioritizes your goals.

We will use the most cutting edge training methods to make sure that you achieve maximum results in minimal time while staying completely pain and injury free.

Nutrition

Ever wonder why there are so many different fad diets out there? It’s because nutrition can be complex and not one size fits all.

We work with you to identify which nutrition strategies are appropriate for you. We focus on whole foods, meal timing, and your schedule to ensure that you get adequate nutrients and enough food to recover from your workouts and day.

We don’t believe in fad diets. Just nutrition strategies that work for your body and schedule.

We push you hard on the training floor, and teach you how to recover outside of the gym to get results faster.
