Training at Wisconsin Performance is more than just another gym or one-on-one personal training. We have developed a system in place to help you reach your goals. When you first walk into Wisconsin Performance we really get to know you and your goals. We then work with you to develop an individualized program that works for you. We motivate you through the workouts, and keep you accountable along the way. And in the end you achieve the goal that YOU wanted.

Initial Assessment

From the moment you walk into the doors we start working together to help you reach your goals. It starts off with an initial assessment. We’ll sit down and have a chat of what brings you in, what you’re trying to accomplish, past injuries, and other related health questions. We’ll then use our InBody machine to get data on your weight, lean muscle mass, body fat, structural imbalances, and metabolic rate. Next, we’ll run you through a lower and upper body movement and strength screen to identify structural imbalances in the body.

We use this data to get a full understanding of what your needs are and your starting point.

Individualized Programming

Once we have gathered the information from the initial assessment we get straight to work in creating an individualized program to help you reach your goal. This full encompassing program includes: nutrition, workouts, supplementation, and lifestyles habits.

Not only do we create the initial program, but we constantly look to improve upon it. This is where the magic happens. By continuously tracking and seeing where you’re at, we can make the necessary changes to make your program more effective to meet your goals and demands.

Accountability and Motivation

Throughout the entire process we will hold you accountable and make sure we’re on track to hit your goals. We have weekly check-ins to see if we’re progressing in the right direction.

During the workouts we will push and motivate you to help you reach levels you never thought were possible.
